For a brand that positions itself as truly premium, the challenge isn’t just about selling space—it’s about proving why this address is unlike any other.​

The insights: High-end properties in Singapore are becoming oversaturated; the ultra-rich are buying based on differentiation.
The idea: Playfully incorporate the brands quirkiness identity while maintaining an elegant facade.

This project brought unique challenges, with production in Thailand, stakeholders in Malaysia, and creative development in Singapore. Coordinating across borders and disciplines pushed the team to deliver at a high standard—an intense but rewarding experience.
