Including BNPL seems only inevitable for a bank. CIMB took this as a challenge to create the next image for its product titled: Easy Pay. In an already saturated market, how does one stand out?

Social and digital always on campaigns can sometime become routine, but I always challenged myself and my team to look into user insights and explore trends that may arose conversation.
